A rare little find—a genuine 18th-century French commode in petite scale. Hand-carved in oak with scrolling foliate vines, rosettes, and beaded borders across three drawers, framed by fluted canted corners and standing on slender fluted tapered legs. The variegated rose-and-grey marble top adds soft color and that unmistakable French elegance. Its small footprint makes it endlessly versatile—an entry, between two windows, or as a statement nightstand.
