Shipping policy

At CW Antiques and Interiors, we take great care in ensuring that your antique and vintage treasures
arrive safely and promptly. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our pieces, we partner with trusted
couriers and use secure packaging to ensure the safe delivery of every order.
1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to US and Canada.
2. Shipping Time:
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Please note that
processing times may vary during peak seasons or if additional paperwork (for international shipping) is
required.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days, while international orders may take up to 2-4
weeks, depending on customs and the destination country.
3. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You'll
see the final shipping cost before you confirm your purchase.
For larger or fragile items, we may contact you if additional shipping fees are necessary to ensure safe
delivery.
4. Packaging: We take extra care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left
our shop. This includes using protective materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and sturdy
boxes. We want your antique or vintage piece to be protected from any potential damage during transit.
We use both new and recycled packaging materials.
5. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your door. Please allow up to
24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. International Shipping:
Customs & Import Taxes: International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or
import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for
more information on potential fees before placing your order.
Delays: Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused
by customs or external factors outside of our control.
7. Shipping Insurance: We offer shipping insurance for all orders.
8. Missing or Damaged Items: If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately
(within 48 hours) after receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In
order to file a claim with the shipping carrier, the following is required:
Proof of value (e.g., invoice or receipt). *We will provide*
Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
ALL sides of the box - 6 photos
Inside of box containing the shipping supplies used - 2 photos
Damaged Item - all sides of item and video if possible.
